Product Introduction
The maintenance of fans in steel plants mainly includes daily maintenance, regular inspections, and in-depth maintenance. The specific details are as follows:
Daily Maintenance
Appearance Inspection: Check the fan casing daily for signs of damage, such as cracks or deformation. At the same time, check whether the connections of the inlet and outlet pipes are tight, and whether there are any looseness or leaks.
Operating Status Inspection: After starting the fan, listen carefully to see if its sound is normal, and whether there are any abnormal friction or vibration noises. Observe whether the fan's startup time and rotational speed are stable.
Cleaning Work: Clean the surface of the fan at least once a week. Use a clean, dry soft cloth to wipe the fan casing to remove dust and dirt. Pay special attention to cleaning areas prone to dust accumulation, such as the air inlet and around the motor heat sink.
Inspection of Fastening Components: Check the fastening components of the fan weekly to ensure they are not loose. Use appropriate tools to gently tighten the screws, but avoid over - tightening.
Regular Inspection and Maintenance
Lubrication Treatment: Perform lubrication maintenance once a month. Select the appropriate lubricating grease according to the fan type and the requirements of the user manual. The key lubrication part is the bearing. Pay attention not to use too much grease during lubrication.
Performance Test: Conduct a simple fan performance test once a month, including measuring parameters such as air volume, air pressure, and motor current. Compare the measurement results with the rated parameters. If any abnormalities are found, further inspections are required.
Impeller Inspection: Conduct a detailed inspection of the fan impeller quarterly. Disassemble the casing (if possible) and check whether the blades are worn, deformed, or corroded. Slight damage can be repaired, while severe damage requires replacement.
Bearing Maintenance: Regularly check the lubricating oil supply status of the bearing to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil and it has not deteriorated. Replace the lubricating oil at least once every six months. The first oil change should be carried out after the bearing has run for about 200 hours.
Electrical Safety Inspection: Check whether the wiring of the motor is loose or aged, and whether the insulation performance is good. Ensure that the motor has good heat dissipation to avoid damage due to overheating.
