5. Structural features: Axial flow fans are mainly composed of hubs, blades, shafts, casings, air collectors, fairings, rectifiers, diffusers, etc.
6. Working principle: When the impeller rotates, the gas enters the impeller axially from the air inlet. It is pushed by the blades on the impeller, which increases the energy of the gas, and then flows into the guide vanes. The guide vanes convert the deflected airflow into axial flow and direct the gas into the diffuser, further converting the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy. Finally, the gas is introduced into the working pipeline.
7. Adjustment performance: Advanced axial flow fans can change the blade pitch while the fan is running (similar to helicopter rotors), thereby changing the flow rate accordingly. These are called variable-pitch (VP) axial flow fans.
